How do I convert AAC audio to M4A without losing quality?

Upload the AAC file and our converter picks a M4A codec / bitrate combination matched to the source. Lossless target (M4A = WAV / FLAC / ALAC) preserves every sample; lossy target (M4A = MP3 / AAC / OGG / Opus) defaults to 192 kbps which is transparent for most ears.
