Page selection for reflowable books is approximate, since pagination depends on the layout size. Choose cover-only, or render the whole book and keep the GIF pages you need from the ZIP.
Anything you would with any image: embed them on a page, post them, or resize them with /image-resize/. The conversion adds no watermark and claims no rights over the GIF output.
